Neighbor To Neighbor

Northside Fellowship came to Homewood Ave. to be a neighborhood church.  We are here to serve the community in East Burlington.  We want to function as another neighbor to those who live around us.  We are constantly seeking ways to reach out to our neighborhood families.  Our ministries are open to everyone!

Women's Ministry

Our Women's Ministry team hosts our annual Christmas Brunch in December.   More information will be forthcoming for people to sign up to decorate a table.  This event will be for all women of Northside and any guests they may choose to invite.

Youth Group

At Northside we value our young people and care about their future! Each Sunday morning at 9 a.m., the  youth are meeting for a time of Bible Study and discussion.  They have been discussing the sermon topics that are delivered each week.  Dana Bowlin is the lead teacher.  Each Sunday evening from 5 to 6:30 p.m. we offer a youth group for all middle and high school students.  They will meet in the "Youth Den" adjacent to the Fellowship Hall for small group time and then ending with a light supper.  Charles and Nikki Haith are leading the group and encouraging them to strengthen their spiritual walk with the Lord.

Small Groups/Discipleship Ministry

We must prepare for a spiritual battle everyday. The best way to prepare is to cover yourself with the Armor of God. Northside’s newest discipleship group, which is meeting on Thursday evenings, will examine how God calls us to put on His armor. The group will study what the Bible has to say about this armor via the video ministry of Bible teacher Priscilla Shirer. The study can help anyone prepare for life’s challenges. Join the group by attending this Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. For more info, contact the church office at 336-227-2386.

Operation Christmas Child

All year long we have been collecting items to include in our Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to send through Samaritan's Purse to needy children worldwide.  Northside is also an official drop off location for others to bring their filled boxes.  A schedule of dates and times for drop off is featured on our Events page.
